Brand new contest: Win free books!

Hey, all!

Glad you decided to check out my latest contest!
Common English Bible New Testament

A quick refresher of what you may already know: I'm proud as I can be to among the authors writing for Abingdon Press, one of the most respected publishers in the CBA. In addition to their amazing fiction line (I'm tickled pink to be a part of it!), Abingdon has joined forces to produce "The English Bible New Testament. It isn't a revision or an update of any existing translation. Nope! This version--written at a comfortable, easy-to-understand level--will help English readers worldwide accomplish that goal.

For a peek at the Bible, hop on over to http://www.abingdonpress.com/ and see why I'm so excited to be involved, even on this limited level, with such a terrific publishing project!

If you leave your name and briefly tell me what YOU'LL be thankful for this Thanksgiving, I'll add your name to my Contest Hat. And on November 30th, I'll choose TWO winners who'll receive the Bible ... and if you've ever written a review on any of my books, you'll also win  any one of the following titles:

Love Finds You in Paradise, Pennsylvania
Love Finds You in North Pole, Alaska
Beautiful Bandit
Maverick Heart
Prevailing Love
Tales of the Heart

... and I'll autograph it to you, or to a friend or family member, so you can give it as a gift. Now, how cool is that, especially considering that Christmas is right around the corner!

Looking forward to reading your comments! Meanwhile, have a beautiful rest of the week and a restful, relaxing weekend!

Blessings,
Loree

I am thankful that God is always there for me even when I don't always feel Him, I know He's here watching out for me. This is what I am most thankful for this Thanksgiving.

Oh, I am so very thankful that my daughter can spend Thanksgiving dinner with us! She lives out of town and has a new job. It would have been the first year we were apart, God worked it all out!

Please enter me in this wonderful giveaway!

You have a blessed opportunity to work. On a new version of the Bible:)

The contest is over, and I need to make a comment on your blog as per the rules on Wanda's giveaway. I had a wonderful Thanksgiving and I'm thankful to God that I spent it with my 92 year old mother and my brother. It was also my mother's 92nd birthday. God is so good. I also look forward to reading Loree's books.

Blessings,
Barb Shelton
